We don’t want an insurance company dictating the quality of the materials used for your smile work or the overall quality of your care. For this reason, our practice follows a fee-for-service model. However, we will still lend a hand to help you navigate insurance paperwork to ensure you receive every dollar you’re entitled to. We also offer private financing options, if needed, to break down any costs you incur into manageable monthly payments.

I have been a client since 2002 with lots of procedures besides regular cleanings. Over years, Dr. Carlson and Vickie worked on my teeth and all my old dental work was replaced to my satisfaction with minimal discomfort. Since their retirements I have only needed regular cleanings and continued under the care of Dr. Acuna and Dr. Tostado.
It took a week for my gums to recover from my previous cleaning BUT Fabiola, the Drs. and Mary Ann cared about my complaint. Yesterday, I had a beautiful experience of a painless cleaning and sincere personal care as we talked about the previous appointment.
Everyone’s desire was to make this right for me. This morning I realized that I was not charged for my cleaning yesterday. This is above and beyond my expectations! I have been and will continue to be a loyal client.
