Dr. Carlson received his DDS degree from the University of Texas in Houston, and since then has been a fixture in the San Antonio dental scene for decades. Before retiring in 2021, he was a lecturer, a consultant, a volunteer with the Boys Club, and more. The International College of Dentists was formed to recognize “outstanding professional achievement, meritorious service and dedication to the continued progress of dentistry for the benefit of humankind.” They have conferred Fellowship status on Dr. Carlson.
