You’re here in our office because you want quality dental care. We don’t want the cost to be an obstacle to your getting that care, and so will work with you and provide several ways to pay and work those payments into your budget.
At 5 Star Dental Group, we accept the following payment forms:
- Personal checks
- Major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
- Payment plans (we have several options explained below)
Preferred provider programs (PPOs) ask dentists to discount their fees in order to be what the insurance calls a preferred provider. Because our focus is on the quality of your care, we don’t participate in any of those programs and we have the same fees for all our patients. However, we do deal with all insurance companies.
If you have dental insurance, we will be happy to file a claim to your insurance provider on your behalf. Your insurance company will reimburse you according to their schedule of benefits for the cost of your treatment up to their allowed limit. While we can provide insights into what your insurance will cover, for a full understanding of your benefits we recommend that you check with your employer or the insurance company.
We understand that you may like to know in advance how much your insurance will cover. We can give you an estimate of your benefits before beginning treatment, and if you would like, we can ask for a commitment from your insurance company of what they will pay.
